Welcome to PixPrint. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions of Sale before making a purchase. By placing an order with PixPrint, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made by any customer ("Customer" or "you") from PixPrint. By placing an order with PixPrint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by PixPrint. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been accepted and is being processed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payment must be made using a valid credit card or any other payment method accepted by PixPrint at the time of order.
4. Subscriptions – Renewal and Cancellation Terms
PixPrint VIP Membership is a subscription service. The subscription is automatically billed first ten (10) days after your initial purchase and thereafter every thirty (30) days to the credit card you provided when you purchased the subscription until you cancel the subscription. The monthly price is $99.45.
We may use an account updater to automatically update your credit card information in the event it changes, in which case, your renewal will be billed to the updated account information.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. However, you must cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe specified at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PixPrint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error by PixPrint.

7. Warranty
PixPrint products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. To claim a warranty, please contact our customer service team.
8. Limitation of Liability
PixPrint's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. PixPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which PixPrint is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the Terms
PixPrint reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
