Return and Refund Policy

Please note the change in our refund policy regarding skin care products. For hygiene reasons, all products intended for skin care are neither refundable nor exchangeable, as specified in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period for an order is 30 days from the date the order was placed until the product has been picked up by our carrier. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, which can be sent to us via email at info@pix-print.com

We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Goods were purchased within the last 30 days (except for extended warranties).
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which, by nature, cannot be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date).
  • Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Process

For a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging. You must complete the return form provided by email, citing the return reason and showing proof of purchase. A video may be requested to prove the item is defective.

After receiving the completed return form and proof of purchase, we will provide return instructions and proceed with your refund request. Please note, processing may take up to 15 business days after receiving the returned product and all required information.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We are not liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. A refund will not be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, refunds will go to the gift giver.
